If you have moved to Office 365 Authentication "Federated Identity" for NetDocuments you may find that NetDocuments does not display within Actionstep consistantly.

This is a known issue for which has been reported to Actionstep under ticket 56542 (feel free to email support@actionstep.com quoting this number to advise that you are experincing this issue as well)


There is no current resolution, the only workaround is to ensure that you have NetDocuments open on another tab within the browser then re-access NetDocuments from witin Actionstep and it will now display correctly.
