Q:    When trying to save an attachment to an email or an email in general via ND Mail but nothing seems to happen

A:    The spinning wheel on email filing via ND Mail wheel generally indicates there is a delay either with Office 365 or NetDocuments to successfully process the required filing command. This can be caused by a whole manner of reasons out of anyone's control but usually are only temporary and generally, they resolve themselves.

However, to mitigate lost filing, NetDocuments constantly re-tries to file the email which is what the spinning wheel is indicating. NetDocuments ceases retrying after 24 hours of unsuccessful attempts and will notify you via ND Office Notifications (the black popup window) to advise of unsuccessful filing.

If there was a consistent failures then we will need to investigate further by enabling advanced logging to review the reasons.  If you require this enabled please contact support@workcloud.com.au
