This is often caused by your ND Software using your Australian user account but on the USA Servers of NetDocuments as the software is defaulted to the USA servers.

Thus causing the authentication to loop and repeatedly ask for your login details. 

Change the Servers for the ND CHROME EXTENSION

Click on the Chrome Extension icon in the top right corner of Chrome - it may look similar to this image.

Then click on the OPTIONS Icon as shown below.

Then change from VAULT to Australia

Restart Chrome

If you don't have the icon in Chrome as shown there is an alternative. method to access the same details by typing the following into the address bar of chrome and clicking ENTER


Then search for NetDocuments and click on DETAILS to change to Australia.
