If you find that your ndMail Predictive Panel and/or NetDocuments Outlook Panel is missing or hasn't loaded after a new install, never fear because every now and then, Outlook sometimes disables add-ins if it believes that the add-in is interfering with Outlook's functionality.  Below is a quick solution to the problem:

Step 1: Open Outlook.

Step 2: Click File then Options.

Step 3: The Outlook Options dialogue box will appear.  From here, click Add-ins and under Manage select COM Add-ins from the dropdown and click Go.

Step 4: The COM Add-ins dialogue box will appear.  Scroll the list and ensure that the items below are ticked.  Then click on Ok.

If your ndMail Predictive Panel and/or NetDocuments Outlook Panel doesn't appear automatically, restart Outlook.
